6-Week Reflective Program (Group or 1:1)

Your nervous system sets the foundation for how you think, feel, and respond. 


Using a somatic framework, this reflective experience helps you notice how stress, energy, and tension show up in your body and how your nervous system patterns influence your focus, decision-making, and overall capacity in both daily life and work.


This 6-week experience focuses on developing awareness which is the foundation for regulation, resilience, and sustainable performance.


The group context will include examples and discussion related to interpreting, while the skills and practices explored apply to everyday life and a wide range of professional roles.


The group meets once a week for six weeks and includes one complimentary 1:1 session for personalized support.


Prefer individual support?
A 6-week 1:1 program is also available and open to anyone who wants to deepen their understanding of their nervous system and build practical regulation skills. You do not have to be an interpreter to enroll in this program.
