By booking a session, the client acknowledges that all services provided by LaShawnda support wellness and personal growth and are not a substitute for medical, legal, or financial advice. The client understands that they are responsible for their own physical, emotional, and mental well-being before, during, and after sessions. LaShawnda assumes no liability for outcomes or occurrences related to participation in sessions.

LaShawnda Lowe reserves the right to refuse service, block access, or remove any client who engages in behavior that is disruptive, unsafe, abusive, or harmful to LaShawnda or to others in a group offering. Determinations regarding harmful or inappropriate behavior are made at LaShawnda’s discretion. No refunds will be issued if service is refused due to such behavior.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable.
• If the client does not arrive within the first 10 minutes of the scheduled session, the appointment will be treated as a no-show and will not be refunded.
• If a session must be canceled by LaShawnda, the client may choose either a full refund or to reschedule.
